Next Board Meeting is October 17... see you there !

Paint and Wood Project Nears Completion !
The work on Lacy Drive has been completed and we hope to see the entire project closed out by the end of this month.  We did encounter some unexpected damage in two of the buildings which has been addressed without going outside of available funds.   Please contact management if you live in one of these buildings and have questions or concerns about the work.

Help for Doggy Walkers ...

We have purchased and distributed Mutt Mitt stations around the community for your convenience in disposing of your pup's debris.  These are attached to the fenced trash enclosures located at 8115 Lacy Drive, 8050 Lisle Drive, and 11010 Koman Circle.

Updating your contact information ( Don't forget !)
Please make sure you notify the management office when you change your telephone numbers. We need this information to be able to reach you in case of a leak or other emergency that may arise.

New information in the FYI and FAQ sections !
The FYI section lists Condo Regulations re: parking, trash, pets and your home's exterior
The FAQs now have information to assist in paying for your fees electronically.
Send more questions for these pages using our Contact Page !

August 2006
Annual Meeting Report
Condo owners expressed concern about the amount of trash that is being dropped by other residents. We would encourage you to look around as you leave the trash enclosure for signs that something of yours has been dropped inadvertently in the common areas. We also encourage our smoking neighbors to dispose of their debris appropriately.
Together we can keep our grounds pristine and attractive for ourselves and for prospective buyers !
The updated listing of Board Members is available on the Condo Info page

Fully approved board meeting minutes:

Available for review by homeowners.
To request a copy contact Jan Fenton at Sequoia Management.

Paint and Wood Project is Underway !

Work has begun on some of our oldest buildings to bring them up to standard for our proud community !  (Is that the reason we finally have more rain than we want?)
The first building is 8115 Lacy Dr.
Curious Neighbors are welcome to walk by and view the extensive amount of work being performed.
We have a professional "third party" inspector checking in on the work this time.
We are so excited to get this project started !

March 2006

We have noted that termite swarming has begun.
Please notify management if you see a swarm of flying ant-like bugs so that we can treat as soon as possible.
We have reports of a swarming in a bathroom area.
It is possible to avoid this type of invasion by routinely flushing water through all drains, including seldom-used bathrooms.

We have requests for bids being sent to contractors in April for the painting and wood repair of several older buildings.  If you know the name of a suitable contractor, please offer contact information to management before mid April.

We hope to have a page listing pre-approved exterior doors and windows for those homeowners planning renovation/improvement of condos.   Using these suggestions will speed approval of your application for exterior changes.
